1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Sach Kahoon ePaper Portal (“Website”, “Platform”, “Digital Platforms”). By accessing or using our Website, Mobile App, Epaper, or any content, services, tools, or communication features offered from time to time (“Services”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Scope of Services

The Platform provides users access to ePaper editions, archives, news content, communication tools, forums, and other digital resources offered through our network of websites.
Services may be offered free of cost or under paid subscription models.
We may introduce new services or modify existing ones without prior notice.

All content and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, suitability, availability, timeliness, or reliability.

3. Acknowledgment of Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Sajag Media Publication (“Publication”), superseding any prior agreements related to use of the Digital Platforms. Continued usage of the Platform indicates acceptance of all applicable terms, including amendments made periodically.

4. Modification of Terms

The Publication reserves the sole right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
It is the User’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Changes in Services

The Publication may temporarily or permanently:

  • modify

  • suspend

  • discontinue

any part of the Platform or Services, with or without notice.
The Publication shall not be held liable for such modifications or discontinuation.

6. Registration Requirements

By registering on the Platform, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (“Registration Information”).

  2. Update your Registration Information as required.

  3. Accept that false or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  4. Permit the Platform to use your registration data for service delivery, targeted advertising, content personalization, and promotional communications.

  5. Allow your information to be shared with authorized third parties for marketing or service-related purposes.

7. Subscription Fees, Renewal & Payment Gateway

  1. Some Services require paid subscription. The Publication reserves full discretion to modify pricing, offerings, and subscription policies without prior notification.

  2. Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • failed transactions

    • duplicate transactions

  3. Refunds (if applicable) will only be credited to the original payment source.

  4. Subscriptions automatically lapse at the end of the term if renewal payment is not made.

  5. If you have opted for auto-debit, the designated payment gateway will charge renewal fees automatically.

  6. The Publication uses third-party payment gateways for processing. Billing information such as name and billing country may be shared with them.

  7. The Publication is not responsible for:

    • currency conversion charges

    • additional deductions

    • transaction errors

    • refund delays caused by payment gateways

  8. In the event of failed transactions where service activation does not occur, the Publication does not guarantee refund timelines.

8. User Behaviour & Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, vulgar, or harmful content

  • Violate privacy or intellectual property rights

  • Upload viruses, corrupted files, or malicious software

  • Harass, stalk, or harm other users

  • Engage in spamming, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited messaging

  • Impersonate individuals or misrepresent affiliations

  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted sections

  • Promote illegal activities or harm towards individuals/animals

  • Reproduce or exploit the Platform for commercial purposes (unapproved usage leads to permanent ban with no refund)

The Platform may host communication tools such as message boards, chat areas, and email services. You are solely responsible for all content transmitted through such tools.

9. Advertisements & Promotional Communication

The Platform may display advertisements including banners, pop-ups, paid links, or sponsorship placements.
The Publication and its partners may send emails containing announcements, newsletters, or promotions.
Users may opt out at any time.

10. Cancellation Policy

Subscription packages cannot be cancelled once activated.
Plans may be deactivated by the Publication as per internal policy.
